Book Talk No1: Jenny Han's Book Duo

This review doesn't have spoilers :)

Last June, I finished reading my first ever Jenny Han book series, To All The Boys I've Loved Before and the second book, P.S. I Still Love You. I have never heard of Jenny Han until I stumbled upon her book, To All The Boys I've Loved Before on my Goodreads feed. I really enjoy reading chick lits and sappy teenage romance novels, so I decided to pick up a copy.

The story is about a teenage girl Lara Jean. She is a pretty relatable character as she was a very average teenager. Lara Jean has a teal hat box where she keeps love letters that are sealed and addressed to every boy that she ever loved. She spills everything in her letter and she does not holding anything back, because these boys will never read these letters. But one day, these letters disappeared and one by one, the boys that she loved asks her about it.

The story of Lara Jean was very light, funny, and it makes you feel giddy. I really recommend this series if you're into really easy reads and romantic comedies. I actually had a hard time letting go of the books because they are such a fun read! I stayed up late to read, and I'll be reaching out for it when I wake up in the morning! It was that addicting! Also, I fell in love with Jenny Han's writing style. She's very funny and she's a genius.

I am currently reading Jenny Han's The Summer I Turned Pretty trilogy, and I am now on the third book! I am very excited to share my thoughts about the trilogy soon!
