Subtle Ombré

It has been a month since I dyed my hair and I can't believe I haven't written a blog post about it!

For the past few days, I was traveling with my family to San Francisco to be with my relatives. Since it was just a short vacation, I decided not to bring my laptop. That explains why I was MIA... Anyway, back to my hair! I have never ever dyed my hair or have done anything with my hair except getting it cut. Since college is about to start (it starts next week for me!), I decided that I wanted a subtle change.

My hair was colored by a professional when I was in the Philippines, and can I just say that salons are so cheap in the Philippines? I paid $35 dollars for my hair color and haircut! When I walked in the salon, I just showed the stylist a photo of how I wanted the ombre to look like, but in a more subtle color. I think she used an ash brown or a copper brown color for my hair... Those are two very different shades.. I'm not sure. I was so scared when I was sitting in the salon with the hair dye in my hair. I thought that I made a huge mistake and that I would just dye my hair black! But overall, I am so happy with how my hair turned out!
